td 5/10/2010 baru je lepas osce..aku gp ke 2... cepat la jugak masuk.. xpyh tgu lama kat kuarantin room a.k.a CG-08 huhu... berserah jela result apa yg akn kumiliki...usaha dah usaha dah kan.,. tiap2 malam buka clinic sndiri... clinic olok2 jela...huhuhu...prektis mcm2 prosedure... 

-ni konon2nya baby la.. nak cuci umbilical-

(kitorg xda patung nak wat sebenrnya)

- hanya mereka dan keluarga mereka ja yg thu ni prosedure apa yer-

 -same like yg atas-

- prosedure sdg dijalankan-

 -baby meena... hahaha-

-bandaging for neuromuscular observation-

• health teaching on foot care diabetic
• GCS
• insertion on intermittent catheter
• eye toilet instillation eye drop
• tube feeding
• neuromuscular observation
• breast examination
• TBSA
• clean umbilical cord
• health teaching on breast feeding

aku.. first2 masuk dah kena kat stesent last--> health teaching on breast feeding.. haha.. apa lg.. cakap jela apa yg boleh dicakap kn.. alhamdulillah.. nsb semua ok..

cm 1 prosedure ja aku cm takot gila2.. prosedure intermittent.. yg len pon takot gak.. tkt dapat low marks.. tp better than this procedure..
